Web Orders

Orders submitted through the website checkout and acknowledged by email are held on our system ready for processing. Should we need additional information concerning your requirements, delivery dates, contact &/or delivery details or payment terms before submitted orders can be processed, we will be in touch promptly.

If you wish to cancel after you have submitted an order this is acceptable subject to the conditions outlined in our returns section listed below.


Delivery will be by Royal Mail, National or International Carrier or Company Vehicle.

Delivery/Shipping Charges (UK (Mainland):

Delivery/Shipping charges include packing and are calculated by weight subject to a minimum of £1.00 for letter post for such items as transfers and minimum of £2.95 for package/parcel deliveries and this will be applied to any items that are suitable in size and weight to be sent via Royal Mail. 

For orders requiring National Carrier a Delivery/Shipping charge will be added of between £3.95 and £15.95.

£15.95 is the maximum Delivery/Shipping charge unless otherwise advised.

Delivery/Shipping/Carriage charges (outside UK mainland)

Please note that Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Channel Isles and the Highlands of Scotland will incur higher carriage charges as of course will the EU and the Rest of the World as per their locations. Delivery/Shipping/Carriage charges are shown at the checkout and will be confirmed upon receipt of full details of your address and order. Please Note: Because of the multiplicity of variations of size & weight in Shipping/Carrier charging, it may on occasions prove necessary to vary the charge shown. This can concern a higher Shipping/Carrier cost.  However it can also concern a lower Shipping/Carrier cost as there are occasions when by splitting an order into two or more smaller units, hence keeping each parcel below 2 kilogram, the cost of Shipping/Carriage 2 or more parcels can on occasions end up lower than Shipping everything in 1 parcel. (However we will never proceed without your agreement.)

If Delivery/Shipping/Carriage charges are not shown for your location please Email us with your requirements and we will advise accordingly.

Payment and Credit Card /PayPal Security

If you decide that you would like to order the items in your basket you will need to visit the checkout to give us your delivery address and provide us with your payment details. If you have shopped with us before then you can just sign in and your details will show up on the screen.

Once you have completed the checkout process, which is quite painless, your order will be processed.

For your complete peace of mind please be assured that all payment information is encrypted using SSL technology before it leaves your computer. This means that your details cannot be accessed without your consent. Our Website's secure connection is demonstrated by a lock and the https prefix shown in the top left hand corner of your browser.

What & How to Pay

In order to keep costs down we don't offer conventional credit accounts as both cash flow issues and accounts handling staff all add to the cost of the product, hence all goods held in stock or with a targeted delivery date within 30 days need to be paid for when ordering.

For products with longer targeted delivery dates a 50% deposit is required when the order has been confirmed and the balance when the goods are due to be dispatched.

For items in excess of £1,000 a 50% deposit is required when the order has been confirmed and 50% when the goods are due to be dispatched.

You can pay by 'Cheque''BACS' transfer, or use the 'PayPal Express' Payment facility which also includes both via a PayPal account or straightforwardly with conventional payment by credit/debit card. 

Invoices are issued at the point of settlement unless otherwise requested. We are mindful that certain organisations require a pro-forma invoice for administrative purposes and these are supplied on request.

Please forward a 'Cheque', or advise when your 'BACS' transfer has been made or use the 'PayPal Express/Credit/Debit Card' facility. By selecting the 'PayPal' option you are able to use the 'PayPal' facility which also includes the option for direct payment by debit or credit card. Goods will be dispatched when your payment has been cleared.

Making Payment                 

Cheque, Bank transfer (BACS), Credit Card/Debit Card via PAYPAL EXPRESS (via Paypal Express includes not only PayPal itself but also Credit Cards/Debit cards - MasterCard, Visa, American Express etc.)

For Overseas customers a transfer can be made from your bank to our bank. Our banking details including Iban and Swift/Bic reference numbers are listed under 'Contact Information'.Contact Details (Should you choose this method of payment you will be responsible for your bank's charges and we will accept responsibility for our bank's charges.)

Satisfaction Guarantee 

We offer a no quibble replacement or refund if goods from stock are returned in good order within 14 days of receipt of our delivery. 

However for a 'Made to Order' or Commissioned item this satisfaction guarantee is replaced with an unconditional guarantee on materials and workmanship.

Returns Policy

In all cases contact must first be made by Email to enquiries@ecclesiasupplies.com and you will be advised of the appropriate procedure.

Products returned under our 'No Quibble' Satisfaction Guarantee will not be subject to a re-stocking charge but must be returned at the cost of the customer and not only be in good order at the point of dispatch but, to ensure arrival in a similar condition, be well packaged and insured for their replacement cost. (A simple and relatively inexpensive procedure with both Carriers and the Post Office). Any replacement will be made as soon as possible and any refund within 30 days.

If you wish to cancel after you have submitted an order this is acceptable provided the goods have not been been dispatched!  Please contact us by Email on enquiries@ecclesiasupplies.com providing your Name, Address, Tel. No., Email address and Order reference number! Evidently the sooner you make contact the better for whilst we may indicate a time frame for delivery we often deliver quicker than promised. A refund will be actioned by us as soon as possible and certainly within 7 days.

A 'Made to Order' or Commissioned item cannot be returned under the terms of our 'No Quibble' Satisfaction Guarantee in view of the fact that this item was either a 'Special Order' or 'Commissioned' just for you.

If you wish to cancel after you have submitted an order for a 'Made to Order' or Commissioned item this is acceptable provided the supplier of the goods or services has not gone past the point at which it becomes impractical to cease production. In all cases we will negotiate the best end result possible for you, our customer, subject of course to the cost implications that necessarily have to be accepted.

For products returned due to a clear error on our part, damaged in transit or a fault or quality issue with the product we will reimburse, in full, the cost of postage or carriage but only if agreed first with us, verifiable by the Email from us confirming the detail of the agreement. Any replacement will be made as soon as possible and any refund or reimbursement within 30 days.

In the event of the goods being damaged in transit it would be expected that any obvious damage to the goods would be indicated to the Carrier at the time when signing for receipt of the goods by adding a note to their paperwork stating the damage; and in any event for everyone's protection at any time it's always wise if a parcel has not been checked to write 'goods not checked' when signing for receipt of the goods. Additionaly we must be notified with full details of any 'transit damage' by Email within 7 days otherwise our insurance cover may prove invalid and as a consequence where this proves the case we would not be able to accept liability.

We would also expect regardless of the 'fault', 'quality issue' or any 'transit damage' that the goods otherwise be in good order at the point of dispatch and be well packaged to ensure arrival in a similar condition to when dispatched.

VAT (within the EU)                   

Please Note all prices are inclusive of all UK taxes (where applicable).

Local Taxes (outside the EU) 

Regardless of whether or not VAT is charged by us you will nevertheless be responsible and liable for all import duties or other local sales tax charged or levied on all goods delivered to your address where local regulations apply.
